OpenBot 0.36.0
New
- Polish interface. Choose Polski in Settings > General > Language, or keep System default on a computer that uses Polish. The web client uses it too.
- A computer that has not signed in to OpenBot now opens on a language wheel, before sign-in. Turn it with the arrow keys, the scroll wheel, a drag or the arrow buttons; the screen changes to each language as you turn it. Continue saves the language. The wheel shows one time on each computer.
- The diagnostics export now has the memory and CPU use of OpenBot and of each provider's processes, the app's responsiveness, database statement times and crash counts, for today and the previous day.
- With analytics on, OpenBot sends one daily summary of its memory and CPU use, by computer class and provider. It does not send process names, command lines or paths.
- Added a guide to run the Docker image as an AWS ECS service on EC2, with the seccomp profile, the data volume, ECS Exec sign-in and CloudWatch logs. AWS Fargate is not supported: it cannot keep the Electron sandbox on. See
docs/aws-ecs.md.
Improved
- The Docker image now works when
/dev/shmis smaller than 1 GiB, for example on Kubernetes: Chromium then keeps its shared memory in/tmp. Before, Chromium could run out of shared memory.
Fixed
- Completed the Brazilian Portuguese catalog: the 643 keys that showed English text — agent and provider settings, routines, webhooks, the routine canvas, billing, server states, the mobile app and the Marketplace — are now translated.
bun run i18n:checkreports pt at 6,676 of 6,676 keys. - A server that gets a stop signal while its window loads now quits. Before, it showed a "failed to start" box on its virtual display, and the box blocked the quit until the process was killed.
